One of the city's most sizzling insider hotspots, FIRE is the glam place to socialize, connect, eat real food and soak up the W Barcelona buzz. An inspired marriage of farm and flames where the primal element of fire is central, it is a seductive setting for spontaneous and theatrical culinary encounters.

Taking the raw energy of flames and sparking creativity, FIRE ignites the idea that opposites attract. Each element is paradoxically complementary, co-existing in a space designed to flaunt its contrasts. Center-stage is the wood fire parrilla, where skilled chefs play with age-old techniques to reinvent modern flavors with an anything-goes vibe.

Real food is reinterpreted. Plucked from the earth's elements, the menu turns simplicity on its head where meat, fish and veg get bold and brazen.

Ultra-seasonal, organic and foraged ingredients are combined with the unpredictable nature of fire to create an adventurous fusion of unexpected flavors. Dishes are a mix between stripped back and complex, raw and cooked, meat-based and plant-centric, juxtaposing rustic bites with intricate taste-defying dressings and sauces.

Fueling the counterculture that FIRE dares to own, the open-kitchen setting is a contradiction in itself. Granite and charred wood detailing style-it-out alongside a bold palette of amber red, green and orange accents that mirror all things Barcelona presents. Limitless views from the vast glass wall bring outside in, connecting Barceloneta's vibrant scene with the magnetic draw of the Med.

Barcelona's most coveted place to mingle, FIRE's artistry piques interest and sets imagination alight. 

Food is mixed and matched with striking cocktails that are the manifestation of all things fiery, while a custom-built vertical cellar houses old and new wines. Micro-filtered local water and branded FIRE oil add to the restaurant's eco credentials and future-forward mindset.

    MEET THE CHEF

    STEFANO PINNA

    After working in restaurants in Bologna, Munich, London and Sydney, Stefano Pinna landed in 2019 at the head of the FIRE restaurant. He fell in love with Catalan cuisine as soon as he arrived, focusing on reinterpretations of Catalan products with a FIRE touch, keeping elaboration to a minimum and using only the embers as a cooking method.
